Sailing course for adults in the fastest boat of our fleet!
The Laser Vago is the fastest boat in our fleet! You can reach intense speeds with these lightweight boats. That also means you have to keep your balance, don’t be afraid of getting wet!

Vago level 1, 2 & 3
Level 1
This course is ideal for adults who haven’t sailed before, or have sailing experience in other boat types. During the course the basics of sailing in the Vago are taught. It includes the basic manoeuvres, such as hoisting, sail settings and overstag (tacking). Most important is keeping balance in the boat, and working together with your crew!
Level 2
After you’ve done level 1, you can continue with level 2. Here you learn new manoeuvres, such as different ways of gybing and docking. The goal is to be able to sail semi-independant.
Level 3
In this course you learn how to sail on an expert level. Everything needs to be done independantly, and under any circumstances. Also we’ll learn how to sail with a genaker!

First lesson
Please be on time! The sooner everyone is ready, the sooner we can go onto the water. You can check-in with the Head Instructor.
Location
There are dressing rooms with showers and toilets available. Also there are lockers for valuables.
Clothing
Always bring an extra set of clothes, and swimming trousers (these go over your wetsuit). Wetsuits are available at the Watersports centre. Watershoes are best, but old sneakers work just fine. When it’s cold, it helps to put a windtight rainjacket over your wetsuit. The lessons always continue.
