Watersportcentrum Sloterplas is the location to enjoy the outdoors in Amsterdam. Sailing, SUP, windsurfing, canoeing, pedal boating and enjoying a drink on the terrace. It’s all possible!
Come take sailing lessons, celebrate your children’s party or join our holiday weeks in the Splash!
You can also come with your school for a sports day, or organize a fantastic team building activity with your company.
Our instructors are always ready to go for the best together. From young to old, anything and everything can come to us, because water sports are for everyone!
Splashweeks
For everyone from 8 to 16 years old, we organize a week of activities on and around the water. You can choose from various activities, such as sailing and surfing. Can’t choose? Then you should take a look at All-round camps, where you do something different every day, such as raft building, pedal boating and canoeing. Many children have already discovered how much fun it is to do sports on the water!
Sailing lessons
Want to learn to sail? With us, you have come to the right place. We give sailing lessons at every level and for all ages.
We have Optimists for children from 8 years old and adults can take sailing lessons in the Valk and the Laser Vago.
Sloterplas is a fantastic lake for sailing. In the middle of the city, and yet also in the middle of nature! In addition to our sailing courses, we offer private lessons, including for windsurfing.
Company outings
Are you looking for a unique location for a company outing in Amsterdam? Come out on the water and escape the busy office life. Come aboard for a sailing clinic, grab a canoe, pedal boat or SUP, or challenge your colleagues to a game of canoe tug-of-war! Of course, you can finish your company event with drinks or a barbecue. We love to collaborate to create a fun day, so feel free to inquire about the possibilities!

Want to take to the water? Come rent a boat on the beautiful Sloterplas!
Grab a canoe or SUP, and enjoy the beautiful trips through the nature of Sloterpark. Float around the lake on a pedal boat or go sailing on Amsterdam’s most beautiful lake.
