  • Instructions from staff mjust be followed at all times
  • Respect each other, both on land and on the water
  • No cycling or moped riding is allowed on the premises
  • Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a leash
  • Smoking is not allowed inside or directly next to the building
  • Life jackets are mandatory on board and when stepping onto the docks; these will be provided at the beginning of the activity
  • Swimming in the harbor is prohibited
  • Smoking or consuming alcohol on board is not permitted
  • Operating a vessel under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs is prohibited

Additional rules for rentals:

  • The General Terms and Conditions apply, which you agree to upon signing the rental contract. These can be viewed at the rental location or on our website.
  • As stated in the General Terms and Conditions, renting is at your own risk. We are not liable for theft, accidents, damage to, around, or within our facilities, equipment, or vessels. We are also not liable for any damage to third parties.
  • To rent a vessel, you must be 18 years or older. Persons under 18 must always be accompanied by an adult, even on the water.
  • We require a deposit (ID card, driver’s license, or passport).
  • Equipment rental is charged per hour. If you are late, the next hour will be charged.
  • Our staff cannot provide assistance with the activity. You are expected to be able to go on the water and return independently.
  • If you are unable to return to our location and we are required to come to pick you up from the water or call emergency services, the costs will be charged to you.
  • Experience in sailing a Valk (keelboat) is required for renting one. If assistance is required due to inability to independently prepare, rig, depart, or return, the costs will be charged accordingly.
  • In case of doubt about experience by the lessor, the boat will not be rented out
