We are always looking for enthousiastic (sail) instructeurs, because we sail all year round. Furthermore, we offer training for becoming a sail instructor.

We are looking for instructors and supervisors for:

May and summer holidays

During summer holidays we organise the Splashweeks! Children aged between 8 and 16 years are coming for a week of sailing, windsurfing, canooing, building rafts and especially having a lot of fun on the water!

Sailing lessons

On weekends (and sometimes during the week, if needed), we offer courses and private lessons for the Valk, Optimist, and Laser Vago. We use our own TopSail certification system, but CWO-certified instructors are very welcome! We sail the Valk year-round.

School sport

From April until October, schools come over for a sports day on the water! It’s the ideal and accessible introduction to water sports for everyone.

Company outings/ Events

From April until October, you can celebrate your children’s party with us on Wednesday afternoons and weekends! Companies also organise sporty team-building activities with us during the week. Furthermore, we organise amazing (sail) events!

Training

Are you 16 years of age or older? Then it is possible follow training to become a sailing instructor with us! Besides learning to sail properly yourself, you’ll also learn to teach.
For all instructors, we have regular training such as group management and first aid.

What we ask:

Minimal 16 years of age
A real teamplayer
Very excited to be on and around the water
Available during the May and/or summer holidays
Preferably available 1 weekend day and/or 1 afternoon during the week
Competent in English (and eager to learn some Dutch)
You are open to learn
Preferably someone with experience of teaching groups
